Registering multiple accounts under the same individual — whether using different names, emails, mobile phone numbers, IP addresses, or payment methods — is prohibited and may result in all related accounts being terminated without a refund.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

pasti77 offers a 100% welcome bonus on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,000. For example, if you deposit RM100, you will receive a bonus of RM100, bringing your balance to RM200. To convert that bonus into withdrawable funds, a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus value must be met — that is RM100 × 25 = RM2,500.

Second example: a deposit of RM2,200 gives the maximum bonus of RM1,000, bringing the balance to RM3,200, with a wagering requirement of RM1,000 × 25 = RM25,000 before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

All bonus offers are subject to specific terms set at the time the promotion is launched. In general:

5.1 Game Results

All game results generated by the certified random number generator (RNG) are final. Any technical issues that occur during a game session will be investigated based on stored server logs. Results recorded in the pasti77 database are the official records used for any dispute.

5.2 Technical Disruptions

pasti77 is not responsible for losses arising from disruptions to the player's internet connection, failure of the player's device hardware, or disruptions from the player's internet service provider. If a disruption occurs on the pasti77 server side that prevents a game result from being recorded, a full refund of the relevant bet will be made.

5.3 Sports Betting and Odds

6.1 Fraudulent Activity

• Collusion between players to cheat the system or manipulate match outcomes
• Bonus abuse through low-risk betting methods that are inconsistent with normal play
• Submission of falsified identity documents
• Any attempt to exploit technical errors or loopholes in the payment system
• Money laundering through the platform

7.1 Closure by Member

Members may request to close their account at any time by contacting the pasti77 support team. All eligible balances will be returned once the verification process is complete. An account closed at a member's request may not be reopened without specific approval from management.

7.2 Suspension by pasti77

pasti77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account, with or without prior notice, if:
